Position Description: Oversee and guide a team of developers and architects to establish end-to-end data solutions Develop the team’s technical and business acumen. Identify, analysis and create efficiencies within existing solutions Lead the modernization of legacy flat‑file integrations by designing and implementing cloud‑native data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Function Apps, and Azure SQL, including orchestration of API‑based ingestion and delivery patterns. Participate in planning and meeting the organization’s future technology needs. Drive the transition from traditional flat‑file inbound/outbound processes toward API‑driven integration models, ensuring new solutions align with cloud architecture standards and support long‑term modernization goals. Leverage best practices, industry standards to plan and implement Holman solutions Responsible for the initial training of new hires as well as the ongoing development of assigned team members Support the growth and development of assigned employees, and conduct performance reviews Delegate tasks and set deadlines Set clear team goals, monitor team performance and report on metrics Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned Education and/or Training: Bachelor degree, Computer Science, Math or IT preferred Hands-on application development experience Advanced hands‑on experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework Core, including ability to review developer code, enforce coding standards, and support performance tuning of data-access patterns. Understanding of Azure resources and architecture In depth experience in SLDC (development patterns, version on control, deployment pipelines) Advanced knowledge of data movement and transformation Practical experience in data modeling Experience using ETL tools Experience in or knowledge of BI Reporting Tools Relevant Work Experience: 4+ years of experience in application development Experience supporting CI/CD processes, including Azure DevOps pipelines for .NET, API, Azure Function Apps, and ADF deployments.
