Design marketing materials in Adobe InDesign, maintain Salesforce data accuracy, generate reports, support workflows, and assist with high-priority projects for the Branding & Marketing team. | Bachelor’s degree preferred, proficiency in Salesforce including data entry, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, excellent communication, and self-motivation. | 6-month contract: Remote, but MUST live in CT. Looking for a role where your creative flair meets analytical smarts? We’re seeking a Business Systems & Design Analyst to jump in and help our Branding & Marketing team keep things running smoothly—think Salesforce cleanup, Adobe InDesign magic, and tackling projects the team just doesn’t have time for. What You’ll Do: • Design, edit, and format proposals, presentations, and marketing materials in Adobe InDesign that look amazing and follow brand guidelines. • Keep Salesforce data accurate, generate reports, and support workflows. • Help the team with high-priority projects, from data collection to creative design. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into insights and materials that drive business decisions. What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred (students actively pursuing a degree also considered). • Proficiency in Salesforce: data entry, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to handle multiple projects without missing a beat. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
