The BA partners with business owners through planning, requirements definition, and delivery cycles to analyze complex business and technical processes, identify efficiencies, and prioritize system needs. This role coordinates requirements gathering, documentation, and validation (testing) and operates under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment. Responsibilities • Lead, coordinate, and schedule all requirements-gathering meetings with stakeholders. • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for the existing Solicitation Review System. • Ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and communicated effectively to technical teams. • Conduct gap analysis comparing current system functionality to desired future capabilities. • Assess workflows, business rules, compliance needs, and Power BI reporting requirements. • Identify missing functionality and opportunities for process improvements. • Work closely with the Senior Systems Advisor to track requirements development and implementation. • Test new and existing system features to confirm alignment with documented requirements. • Maintain, update, and version-control requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide weekly progress updates to the Director of Contract Compliance Unit. • Communicate risks, issues, and overall project status clearly and promptly.
Lead outreach campaigns and relationship development with Texas DIR-eligible customers to generate qualified leads and support IT staff augmentation sales. | Requires 2+ years marketing or sales experience in public sector/government contracting, familiarity with Texas DIR program, strong communication and CRM skills, and self-motivation. | Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing and Outreach Consultant to lead direct outreach campaigns and relationship development efforts with eligible DIR customers. This high-commission, performance-based role is ideal for a self-starter who understands the public sector landscape in Texas and is driven by results. The consultant will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and cultivating relationships with Texas DIR-eligible entities and introducing Ho2 Systems' IT staff augmentation and consulting services. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to market Ho2 Systems’ DIR-approved IT services • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and procurement officials across eligible agencies • Lead email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads • Educate prospective clients about Ho2 Systems’ DIR contract offerings and value propositions • Schedule and participate in virtual and in-person meetings with clients to discuss needs • Track communications, maintain CRM data, and report progress weekly • Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development and bid support Target Customers Include: • Texas State Agencies • Public and Private Institutions of Higher Education • Public and Private School Districts (K-12) • Local Governments • Assistance Organizations • Public Hospitals • Public Institutions outside of Texas (if DIR-eligible) Qualifications • Proven marketing, sales, or outreach experience in public sector or government contracting (2+ years preferred) • Familiarity with the Texas DIR program and eligibility requirements • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals • Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email campaign platforms • Knowledge of IT consulting and staff augmentation a plus Compensation Structure This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Commissions are paid as a percentage of closed business resulting from referred or managed accounts.
