This part-time role (approx. 10 hours per week) will focus on publishing and managing content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and assisting with content workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment. The ideal candidate has hands-on AEM experience, is highly organized, and can effectively manage projects and timelines in Asana. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and a passion for digital content management to contribute in a flexible, remote capacity. Responsibilities • Upload, format, and publish content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and consistency across pages. • Collaborate with a copy editor to refine content before publishing. • Assist with blog page creation, updates, and content migrations in AEM. • Optimize content for readability, SEO, and user experience. • Help maintain and track content calendars to ensure on-time delivery. • Manage tasks, timelines, and communications using Asana (or similar tools). Qualifications • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (required). • Proficiency with Asana or other project management tools. • 1–2 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or related fields. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Familiarity with SEO best practices and web content formatting.
