The Property Casualty (P&C) Client Service Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients by managing their property and casualty insurance needs. This role involves supporting team members, responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Client Relationship Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing routine inquiries and requests. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Educate clients on policy coverage, exclusions, and claims processes. Client Relationship Management: • Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and cancellations accurately and promptly. Review and verify policy documents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely issuance of documents. ​Documentation & Compliance: • Maintain organized and up-to-date client files in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Ensure all documentation is compliant with industry regulations and company policies. Team Collaboration: • Work closely with team members to deliver seamless client service. Identify and seize new market opportunities, expanding OneDigital’s reach and market share across all Financial Services business lines. • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the region, proactively seeking ways to enhance service offerings and unlock superior client value. • Lead by example, setting the tone for a collaborative, results-oriented, and client-centric work environment. • Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and initiatives, ensuring achievement of office, market and regional goals. • Represent OneDigital at industry events and conferences, establishing a strong brand presence and building strategic relationships. Position OneDigital as the go-to partner for financial services solutions across retirement, wealth management and executive benefits. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and Centers of Influence (COIs), fostering mutually beneficial collaborations that unlock new business opportunities. • Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of the financial services industry for regional leaders. • Understand the necessary business lines to complete markets with OneDigital’s full suite of services. Lead regional efforts to identify and recruit prospective financial services firms. People Leadership • Manage office and market level leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development. Serve as a central point of contact and a knowledge resource to advisors and their staff for questions related to systems deployment, day-in-a-life best practices, and optimizing the use of resources, networks, and initiatives to power growth and client service. Conduct training sessions, both virtual and in person, for individual advisors, advisor teams, and at regional and national gatherings. Collaborate with internal teams to build the Knowledge Database of accurate training materials, including job aids. Proactively manage the training materials library to ensure continued relevance and meet the needs of the field. Collaborate with internal teams in enabling and executing on the Change Management Toolkit related to the development and rollout of new technologies, features, and best practices. Serve as a field expert and a systems superuser in conversations that concern field needs, expectations, and operational/technology/systems gaps. In partnership with the VP of Wealth Strategy, engage with the field through facilitated study groups and superuser groups to co-create/refine best practices and gather system development feedback. For system upgrades and new features, take ownership of defining the solution criteria, work with the Product Team on prototype development, and drive user acceptance testing. Develop and monitor KPIs to track the impact of strategic initiatives and success in driving platform adoption.
