Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls, answer client questions, and confidently explain and sell the benefits of mobile grooming services. • Schedule appointments using scheduling software, balancing client availability, groomer schedules, and travel efficiency. • Plan and optimize daily groomer routes to maximize productivity and reduce drive time. • Communicate clearly with groomers about daily schedules, special requests, and client updates. • Maintain accurate customer and pet records, including service history and preferences. • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, or service issues in a professional and timely manner in collaboration with the owner. • Track recurring appointments and assist with reminders, follow-ups, and client retention initiatives.
