As a Senior Lead DevOps Engineer, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the DevOps team reporting to the Director Pipeline and Platform Engineering, you will support projects at the forefront of hospitality technology progress. What you'll do during a typical day: * Architect next‑generation cloud platforms and automation solutions. * Devise and evolve code‑driven automation strategies that ensure environment consistency across development, testing, and production. * Build long‑term automation solutions using scripting and programming (Groovy, Shell, Python, Terraform, or Java/JavaScript). * Understand new architectural concepts and recommend improvements from an infrastructure and security perspective. * Understand and support API Gateways / API Management platforms (e.g., WSO2, Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway, MuleSoft). * Understand API lifecycle management including design, versioning, security (OAuth2/JWT), throttling, and monitoring. How you'll collaborate with others: * Provide technical leadership and implementation guidance for UI, APIs, and microservices. * Work with development teams to guide best practices, design patterns, and operational standards. * Support reliability engineering efforts and participate in on‑call rotations for mission-critical and revenue‑impacting cloud services. Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly. Resolves customer complaints. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff. Responsibilities of Hilton Front Desk Team Leader: • Directs the front desk operations. • Provides leadership and direction to ensure that customer service remains consistent. • Delegates tasks and briefs team members on the details of their work. • Observes the lobby traffic to determine staffing requirements and adjusts accordingly.
