What We're Looking For: • 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience. • Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. • Expert knowledge of and experience with property management system (eQuip) • Demonstrate the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks. • Intermediate use of basic principles in supply chain management, purchasing/procurement practices, and logistics. • Candidate must be proficient in the use of PCs and word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and desktop applications software. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Preferred Requirements • Knowledge of and experience with the government property management system (PIEE). • Strong computer skills, MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Adobe, and SharePoint. • Highly organized, follow-through with tasks, and extremely detail oriented. • Strong customer service orientation.
