Plan and execute events end-to-end including logistics, vendor negotiations, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness and pipeline. | Requires metric-driven project management skills, creative event activation vision, cross-functional collaboration, and CRM proficiency. | Role Overview As the Marketing Events Manager, you will be the engine responsible for the end-to-end planning, flawless execution, and optimization of owned, internal, partner, and third-party sponsored events. This spans everything from large-scale trade shows with compelling booth activations to smaller, high-value 1:1 executive meeting programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling activations, thought leadership, and awareness that promote our campaigns effectively. The ideal candidate is a metric-driven, disciplined professional who can bring creative vision while leveraging meticulous attention to detail and excellent project management to ensure every initiative delivers the best possible ROI and pipeline contribution. What You Will Do Create an annual events strategy and plan to drive awareness and pipeline with key target accounts and ICPs. Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of third-party and partner-sponsored events, owned events, and internal events to drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand presence. Maintain project deliverables and timelines in project management tools, demonstrating hyper-focused attention to detail to ensure flawless execution across numerous concurrent events. Own all event logistics and production, including vendor negotiation and management, contract review, budget adherence, and on-site execution. Work with sales and CS teams to identify key target accounts and contacts, select attendees for on-site meetings, and run pre-event know-before-you-go sessions. Develop and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns (email, social media, website) to maximize attendance and engagement. Partner with Content, Design, and Product Marketing to develop creative booth activations, customer stories, messaging, and event experiences that bring the brand story to life and ensure a high-quality attendee experience. Partner with sales to ensure generated leads are routed correctly and worked by reps pre- and post-campaign. Establish a centralized event reporting system using CRM and data tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance metrics, including MQA-to-SQA conversion, cost-per-lead (CPL), and pipeline influence, to prove event ROI. Create post-event follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert attendees into customers. Support the broader Partner Marketing team as needed, leveraging event expertise to assist with regional or hosted event logistics. Lead HR operational functions including job leveling, compensation reviews, benefits program management, HRIS expertise, and data-driven reporting. | 4+ years in HR operations or total rewards in tech/SaaS, expert Google Sheets skills, HRIS platform knowledge, project management, and employment law compliance. | Description: • Optimize the entire employee experience through strategic development, implementation, and management of core HR operational functions. • Lead the administration and maintenance of the global job leveling framework and job architecture. • Manage the end-to-end annual compensation review cycle, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity refreshes. • Design, implement, and administer competitive, cost-effective global benefits programs. • Manage global relationships with benefits brokers, providers, and vendors. • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the HRIS. • Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret complex global HR data to identify trends and provide actionable business insights. • Develop, maintain, and automate robust P&C dashboards and reports in Excel and HRIS. Requirements: • Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in HR/P&C Operations, Total Rewards, or HRIS Administration, ideally within a high-growth Technology or SaaS organization. • Exceptional Data Proficiency: Expert-level capability in Google sheets (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, logical functions, complex data manipulation, modeling, and charting) to analyze large datasets and create comprehensive reports. • Strong Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to collect, synthesize, and interpret raw HR data into clear, concise, and actionable management reports and presentations. • HRIS Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of a major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, Rippling, BambooHR) including reporting, maintenance, configuration, and data integration. • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects (e.g., annual enrollment, compensation cycles) with a strong focus on detail and deadlines. • Regulatory Compliance: Solid understanding of core Canadian, US and, preferably, international employment laws and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
