Higharc is seeking an accomplished Customer Adoption Manager to serve as the customer's enterprise-wide adoption project manager. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, this role will serve as a transformation operator who influences strategy for our Enterprise customers. What You'll Do This role is a key driver in accelerating time-to-value for our customers. Expect to: Lead multi-department change across the residential homebuilding lifecycle, including but not limited to: Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations Guide customers beyond incremental adoption toward operating model reinvention Serve as the escalation owner when stakes are high Bring market intelligence and industry trends into every engagement Influence product direction based on real-world implementation friction About You You’re a strategic customer advocate and technical project owner who cares deeply about empowering homebuilders through technology. You thrive in roles where you drive customers to success through project management, can serve as an industry thought partner and escalation quarterback, and are ready to use your judgement to establish best practices in times of ambiguity. You have: 4+ years experience in a Customer Success role, ideally in a cutting-edge, fast paced, SaaS environment Experience using Customer Success Platforms (such as Planhat, ChurnZero, Gainsight) and you find it easy to learn new systems quickly An incredibly strong sense of ownership--you take a proactive approach to triage potential issues and resolve them You're comfortable using AI and deep analytics to ensure customers achieve measurable value Excellent partnership skills and the ability to communicate exceptionally well with a wide range of stakeholders, it's a normal day if you're taking to a CEO, an architect, and an internal software engineer back-to-back. We are seeking a CAD/BIM Implementation Specialist to help onboard the plans of our builders into the Higharc platform. This role reports to the Sr Manager of Implementation and can sit remotely anywhere in Brazil as a contractor. Please note all current customers are in the US and business is conducted in English; fluent English is required. About the Role Leads implementation of buildings into the Higharc Editor. Manages task progress and gaps to completion for home delivery. Serves as point of contact for product lead for our Builders, helps translate their existing product and documents into settings compatible with Higharc. Represent Higharc in technical pre-sales and ongoing technical support scenarios. Provides feedback as target user/subject matter expert in use of the application Provides technical support as needed to users of Higharc. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to our core geometric modeling technologies that support design, presentation, and analysis of homes. The right candidate for this role prioritizes working software over perfection and wants to deliver code, get user feedback, and iterate. We are remote-first, this role can sit anywhere in the continental US. What You’ll Do Solve geometric modeling problems: Conceive and implement algorithmic solutions to the most difficult geometric modeling problems Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other engineers, product, and customer success teams to define expected behavior, discover gaps in existing product, and ultimately ensure customers are happy Test: Write tests to verify that your code can handle the worst corner cases. Mentor: Mentor junior developers to write code as robust as yours. About You You have a strong interest in geometric modeling and understand the tradeoffs between different modeling techniques such as meshes, BReps, NURBS, and BSPs. Ideally you have a strong interest in the homebuilding industry, whether it's a passion for homes, construction, or home design and you’re motivated by the prospect of elevating an entire industry through geometric modeling. Your ability to be hands-on, while also focusing on the bigger strategic picture, sets us apart. You're not hesitant to deeply understand our codebase to contribute effectively to it. You also have: 5+ years of experience working in CAD or geometric modeling Knowledge of geometric modeling concepts techniques such as but not limited to meshes, BReps, NURBS, and BSPs. Familiarity with graphics API’s like WebGL, WebGPU, and OpenGL.
