We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Specialist within our Payroll implementation team to drive value through customer onboarding in our US Payroll and Benefits Administration solution. Our goal is to delight our customers and provide an amazing experience to every customer during their interactions and ensure our customers feel supported to make the correct decisions during their payroll cycle. This could be the perfect fit for you and us. • In depth knowledge of both implementation and configuration of benefits administration solutions along with US Payroll systems • Strong understanding of the implementation lifecycle and ability to meet go-live deadlines • Demonstrable experience managing multiple customers simultaneously and handling competing deadlines and priorities • Experience guiding customers through system integrations and providing in-depth training session • Ability to spot anomalies in payroll processes and enjoy working with numbers, with experience in complex reconciliations. • Good understanding of SaaS and the technology industry • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box • Ability to interact with product specialists and development teams around delivery/roadmap • A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills • A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment • A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed Advantages: • Prior knowledge of benefit administration systems such as PlanSource, Everything Benefits, ADP or Employee Navigator • Prior knowledge of US Payroll systems such as ADP, Rippling, Paychex, Gusto or SurePayroll • Previous experience working with global teams • Experience onboarding customers into a new payroll and benefit admin platform/service • Experience using tools such as; Zendesk, Slack, & Asana • Experience working with APIs and integrations Base salaries for this role range from $110,000- $130,000 As an HR company, HiBob seeks to create a best-in-class employee experience for all Bobbers. As a GTM Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to translate business needs into technical solutions.
