Deep interest in the automotive market and preferably hands‑on experience working with OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, or within an automotive components context. Proven ability to bring teams together, streamline complex information, and ensure alignment around strategic priorities and project objectives. Strong command of MS Office applications—particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams—and practical experience with MS Project or comparable project management tools. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills suitable for an international business environment. PMP (PMI) or equivalent project management certification is considered a valuable asset.
