In this role, you will support multiple clients and manage simultaneous projects and deliverables across Meta's advertising ecosystem. This is a full-time opportunity. Role Responsibilities • Conduct consumer and competitive research using AI-powered analytics tools to understand clients' landscape, target audience behaviors, and KPIs • Systematically track test scenarios, optimizations, and learnings using data visualization tools, sharing insights across the team • Translate noisy early performance signals into clear next actions (creative direction, budget allocation, optimization restraint vs. intervention). • Support client campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and emerging platforms as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test innovative strategies for improving campaign performance against client objectives • Leverage Meta's Conversions API and server-side tracking for improved attribution and privacy compliance • Own creative testing strategy end-to-end (not create it up, provide direction), including hypothesis formation, test design, interpretation, and translating results into next creative iterations.
