We are seeking an experienced Azure Operations Analyst with strong expertise in cloud networking and DevOps practices to support the implementation and optimization of our cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on hands-on engineering, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of Azure environments. This role requires proficiency in Azure services, network architecture, and modern DevOps methodologies. Duties/Responsibilities: • Deploy, manage, and maintain Azure resources including compute, storage, networking, and security components. • Implement cloud solutions using established standards, templates, and best practices. • Perform routine operational tasks such as patching, updates, configuration management, and environment maintenance. • Configure and support Azure networking solutions, including hub-spoke architectures, VNet peering, load balancers, and network security groups. • Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and reliability, and respond to operational incidents. • Troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues across multi-region deployments and partner with application teams on resolution. • Support identity and access management through Azure AD and role-based access controls. • Assist with cost management, backups, disaster recovery processes, and operational documentation. Required Skills/Abilities: • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering and etc • 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting and operating Microsoft Azure environments, including monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and routine operational maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services. • Proficiency with Azure services: Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, VPN Gateway, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, Traffic Manager, Front Door • Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, IPSec, SSL/TLS • Experience with DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Ansible • Strong scripting skills: PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, Bash • Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana Preferred Skills/Abilities: • Bachelor’s degree in Compute Science of related field of study preferred • Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP) • Knowledge of Zero Trust security networking principles • Experience with FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization • Familiarity with compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS • Experience with GitOps and progressive delivery strategies Physical Requirements: • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods of time, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting) • Frequent use of a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment such as a telephone, copier, and printer. • Must be able to communicate effectively, including exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, email or video conferencing. • Visual and auditory acuity required to perform job duties effectively, including reading, writing, and interpreting information on screens or in print. • Hand dexterity, fine motor skills needed to operate a keyboard and mouse efficiently • Reach with hands and arms occasionally For Hybrid Roles: • Must be able to commute to an office setting as required, which may include walking short distances and navigating an office environment. • Occasionally moves about the office to access files, office machinery, and meet with others. Lead and manage QA agents and internal/external QA teams, oversee call auditing and quality scorecards, analyze QA data and reporting, and ensure compliance with quality standards. | High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years supervisory experience, proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, preferably Medicare health insurance or quality assurance experience. | HealthPlanOne's mission is to help people find the right health insurance at the right price, so they live healthier lives. The QA Supervisor is responsible for all matters concerning agent calls and the auditing of agent calls. This would include but is not limited to: review of all Quality Assurance program requirements, selection of call universe, carrier call calibrations, all Quality scorecards, Quality auditing systems, oversight of any internal or external QA personnel, and any tools used by agents, used to complete consumer calls and enrollment activities. Ensuring agents do and say the right things on calls with consumers will be the overall priority (current = UAssist). Supervisory Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of Quality Assurance Agents Duties/Responsibilities: • Lead and manage any internal team of QAs, ensuring that they meet their own specific goals and metrics and ensure that the team meets the service levels and goals for the team (Internal QA) • Manage any and all compliance QA aspects of any third parties performing QA on HPO’s behalf (currently TPG) ensuring that they meet any contractual or mutually agreed upon goals for monitoring and service levels, etc. as part of the overall goals and expectations for the HPO QA function. (External QA) • Work with internal and external AI team for call listening and audit to create scorecards, review findings, fine tune AI, analyze and report on results, and follow up with sales on actions taken regarding the results they receive. (AI) • Analyze all QA data from any and all QA or monitoring vectors, providing trend analysis and insight. Make sure all QA sources are providing optimal reporting for you to use and analyze. • Serve as the lead pertaining to any and all systems used to audit or monitor calls, as well as tools that help agents perform better on consumer calls • Lead all internal call Quality and monitoring efforts • Lead all efforts on all Quality scorecards • Lead all reporting and insight regarding any form of call audit or monitoring for compliance purposes • Serve as lead for any and all carrier call monitoring and calibration • Serve as lead on any internal call calibration • Performs other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: • High School diploma or equivalent • 1-2 years of supervisory experience • Extremely proficient with technology • Able to recognize potential risks and escalate appropriately • Able to work in a fast paced, multi-project work environment • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint) Preferred Skills/Abilities: • 2 years Medicare health insurance, compliance, quality, CMS regulatory affairs, and /or project management experience • Quality assurance analyst experience or a current and valid Life, Health and Annuity License (215) Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting) Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) is a fundamental principle at HealthPlanOne, where employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications.
