As we grow our customer base, we are looking for a motivated individual to lead inventory management, shipping processes, and customer support systems. This is an exciting opportunity for sophomores and early college students to gain hands-on industry experience, build leadership skills, and make a real impact in a growing organization. What You’ll Do: • Lead inventory management and ensure accurate tracking and reporting. • Oversee shipping processes, from order fulfillment to tracking and delivery. • Manage and optimize customer support systems, including implementing scalable ticketing workflows. • Manage and streamline support email systems to improve response times and customer satisfaction. • Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. • Take initiative and help shape the way we support and delight our growing customer base. Who We’re Looking For: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, grow, and take on responsibility. • Interest in customer service, operations, and process automation. • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and lead small projects. • Junior or sophomore college students seeking real industry experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Preferred / Plus Skills: • Familiarity with (or enthusiast to learn about) customer support platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk) or other ticketing systems. • Basic understanding of inventory management, shipping, or logistics. • Enthusiasm for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
