Coordinate and optimize logistics and supply chain operations, monitor inventory and shipments, and analyze performance metrics. | Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field, 3-5 years experience, proficiency with logistics software and ERP, strong analytical and communication skills. | We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Logistician to plan, coordinate, and optimize logistics and supply chain operations in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will ensure efficient transportation, inventory management, and distribution processes to support organizational goals. This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution Monitor inventory levels, shipment schedules, and delivery performance Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics data Prepare reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and efficiency metrics Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain and logistics operations Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles Proficiency with logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in transportation management, warehouse operations, or procurement Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) Compensation: Annual Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 USD, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance Professional development and certification support Flexible remote work arrangements Employee assistance and wellness programs Work Authorization & Residency Requirement: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must currently reside within the United States Applications from candidates residing outside the U.S. will be automatically rejected Remote About the Company: HealthBay
