Support and enhance Oracle HCM SaaS system administration, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and user issue resolution. | 3+ years Oracle HCM SaaS technical/functional experience with strong reporting and configuration skills across multiple HCM modules. | Scope of Project: The client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical/Functional Consultant to support Oracle HCM SaaS system administration, configuration setup, reporting and dashboard development, security enhancements, workflow management, HDL and interface activities, and Redwood UI conversion. The consultant will support production enhancements, configuration updates, complex issue resolution, and system modernization efforts across multiple HCM modules. The assignment is expected to extend beyond the initial contract period. Although remote, the selected candidate must work onsite in Richmond, VA for the first 2+ weeks and be available onsite occasionally as required. Responsibilities: • Perform Oracle HCM SaaS system administration and configuration setup/maintenance • Support and enhance Core HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, ORC, Health & Safety, Help Desk, Case Management, Profiles, Learning, and Succession Planning • Develop and enhance reports using RTF, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Data Fusion Analytics • Create secured and global dashboards • Add subject area reports and convert to dashboard formats • Create and maintain contextualized, guided, and standard journeys • Set up and troubleshoot transactional workflows • Build and support HDL loads and interface activities • Assist with workforce structure, job and position profile support • Work with IT and functional teams to assess impact of Oracle patches • Log and resolve Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle • Support conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood • Assist in complex user issue resolution • Gather functional requirements and translate into technical deliverables • Create testing scripts to support functional system changes Required/Preferred Skills: Required: • 3+ years Oracle HCM SaaS Technical/Functional experience • 3+ years report development using RTF, OTBI, BI tools • 3+ years dashboard creation (secured & global) • 3+ years configuration across HCM modules • Experience creating and maintaining journeys • Experience troubleshooting workflows • Experience with HDL loads Highly Desired: • Experience working with HR functional teams • Experience gathering and translating requirements • Experience creating automated integrations • Experience troubleshooting end-user issues. •
Design user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems using wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies, collaborating with teams to align designs with business needs and accessibility standards. | Minimum 4 years experience in UX design with hands-on use of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, ability to create responsive and accessible interfaces, and preferred experience facilitating workshops and holding a relevant degree or equivalent experience. | Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/Preferred Experience 4 Required Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. 4 Required Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards. 4 Required Experience applying UX design principles such as hierarchy, contrast, and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces. 4 Required Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles, including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions. 5 Preferred Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines, workflows, and system architecture. 3 Preferred Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. 3 Preferred Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted. 3 Preferred Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort.
