Install, configure, support, and maintain LAN/WAN networks and related hardware/software while providing technical support and ensuring network availability and security. | Mid-level networking experience with ability to independently manage network systems, provide limited leadership, and collaborate on projects. | Team is looking for a solid mid-level team member who brings a minimum of 5 years of hands-on networking experience. The Network Administrator installs, configures, and supports an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system. Maintain network hardware and software. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. May supervise other network support and client server specialists and plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures. Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of a local area network or wide area network. Maintains the network's physical and logical structures, including network connections. Maintains network support software, analyzes user support statistics, and recommends appropriate measures. Installs, tests, and maintains network hardware and software. Prepares and analyzes statistics on network utilization and availability. Prepares training courses and provides user support and training in the use of available hardware, software, and utilities. Performs tuning and capacity planning activities to enhance the performance of the network resources. Assesses existing network, software, and current solutions and makes recommendations based on product specifications and best cybersecurity practices. Configures equipment and software to meet business needs, trains others on the solution, and documents the solution for ongoing support. Functions as part of a team on larger projects, or individually provides the services on support visits or smaller projects. Provides technical support and assists with the design of Infrastructure solutions. Requires experience in the technical services and support fields as well as experience in network administration (DHCP, DNS, routers, firewall, etc.) - Responds to Tier 1 and 2 network and software support requests. - Communicates effectively with teammates and customers of varying levels of technical expertise. - Responds to all break/fix requests associated with network resources. - Designs extensions of and connections to the campus network. - Assists with configuration and deployment of new/replacement network hardware and communications infrastructure. - Maintains up-to-date project and architecture documentation. - Maintains up-to-date inventory and maintenance records. - Monitors network resources for faults and traffic anomalies. - Resolves connection issues between users and resources. - Maintains detailed change history of network changes. - Supports ITS Field Maintenance with communications' implementation and troubleshooting. - Supports team efforts to improve cybersecurity controls and defenses. - Supports team efforts for threat hunting and mitigation. - Manages time and resource constraints.

Design user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems using wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies, collaborating with teams to align designs with business needs and accessibility standards. | Minimum 4 years experience in UX design with hands-on use of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, ability to create responsive and accessible interfaces, and preferred experience facilitating workshops and holding a relevant degree or equivalent experience. | Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/Preferred Experience 4 Required Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. 4 Required Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards. 4 Required Experience applying UX design principles such as hierarchy, contrast, and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces. 4 Required Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles, including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions. 5 Preferred Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines, workflows, and system architecture. 3 Preferred Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. 3 Preferred Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
