Your new role: The Principal Key Account Manager will be part of the growing Technology Consulting Division in our Tampa office. You will: • Develop new business relationships and maintain your network of client companies through business development calls, client visits, networking and entertainment events. • Apply a relationship-based sales approach to build and maintain a successful book of business. • Evaluate and place highly skilled professionals from the recruitment department to match client requirements for contract, contract to hire or permanent opportunities. • Keen ability to identify customer needs and drive a relentless pursuit of solving those challenges with the right solution at the right time • Stays current on industry information and best practices. Share knowledge and information appropriately. • Effectively downstream key messaging and strategic responsibilities /activities • Grow contractor headcount for designated market and take action on leads passed. • Follow up with pipeline and placed candidates to grow your professional network within your market. • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities with Learning & Development. • Actively showcase and live HAYS values/vision/standards and expectations for high performance. Your new role Lead the ecommerce and marketing operations function for this global organization. Own and drive ecommerce site experience, including strategy and planning, content planning needs, site product display, A/B testing, commerce features and functionality innovation. Manage the martech stack: enhance the marketing operations function through marketing insights, and effective digital marketing strategies.
