Lead and integrate daily operations across multiple functions, build and scale a U.S. operations team, manage recruiting and contract enablement, ensure financial and compliance management, and foster leadership culture. | Proven experience scaling healthcare or telemedicine operations, cross-functional leadership in matrixed/global organizations, team and system design for growth, and focus on measurable outcomes. | About Your Role The Chief Operating Officer (COO) serves as the operational architect and integrator for Harrison.ai Services, responsible for transforming strategic goals into scalable execution across the U.S. radiology network-beginning with Frontier Radiology. The COO will ensure high-functioning coordination between legal, finance, compliance, recruiting, credentialing, IT, software, and business development, while also building a U.S.-based operations team to complement Harrison's global infrastructure. This role demands both executional leadership and the ability to design systems for long-term growth and replication. What You Do: Operational Leadership and Integration • Oversee daily operations across scheduling, credentialing, QA, compliance, and client services. • Ensure seamless workflow orchestration between internal and partner functions (legal, finance, compliance, recruiting, business development, IT/software, HR). • Collaborate laterally with other executives (CLO, CBDO) rather than through direct reporting lines, maintaining synchronization across the enterprise. • Evaluate potential client contracts operationally-analyzing logistics, cross-margins, scheduling, recruiting requirements, and readiness. • Develop detailed action plans for new contracts, including resource modeling, implementation timelines, and risk assessments. • Maintain an operational dashboard tracking milestones, achievements, and progress toward key performance indicators for reporting to the President, CEO, and board. U.S. Team Build-Out • Design and execute the structure for a domestic operations team to support and scale Frontier Radiology, and any future practice partnerships. • Phase the transition from Harrison's global support model to in-house U.S. functions (HR, credentialing, recruiting, client success, finance). • Recruit, mentor, and develop operational leaders while ensuring performance continuity and knowledge transfer throughout scale. • Define staffing, workflows, and quality standards to match the demands of multi-state operations. Recruiting and Contract Enablement • Work with the President and Director of Recruitment on strategic recruitment goals and contract priorities. • Lead the logistical and operational aspects of recruiting-pipeline management, onboarding, and credentialing. • Translate strategic contract opportunities into actionable execution plans, assessing operational feasibility and sequencing. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Finance to forecast costs, model margins, and ensure sustainable profitability. • Collaborate with AI engineering and product teams to operationalize automation and reporting tools. • Coordinate with Compliance and Legal to maintain regulatory integrity and ensure contract readiness. Financial and Compliance Management • Manage operational budgets and resource deployment to meet performance goals. • Ensure HIPAA, Joint Commission, and state-level compliance in all operational activities. • Use data analytics to monitor efficiency, output, and quality at every level. Leadership and Culture • Build a cohesive, high-performing U.S. operations team aligned with Harrison.ai Service values and Frontier Radiology's clinical mission. • Create frameworks for accountability, communication, and continuous improvement. • Support a culture that values reliability, innovation, and physician-centered service. What You Bring: • Proven track record scaling operations in healthcare, radiology, or telemedicine. • Skilled in cross-functional leadership within matrixed or global organizations. • Builder mindset-adept at designing teams and systems for growth. • Operates with rigor, transparency, and focus on measurable outcomes.
