Oversees a team of marketing professionals to create and execute targeted campaigns, promotions, and loyalty initiatives. Leads the gift card program, optimizing both sales and redemption experiences to support customer acquisition and brand affinity. Analyzes data and market trends to refine strategies and achieve business objectives. Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact. A strategic leader with a strong track record of delivering results in highly competitive markets.
