This role bridges technical depth with marketing impact, enabling customers, partners, and sales teams to understand and experience the value of our platform. The ideal candidate will thrive in creating compelling demos, authoring technical content, and representing the company at industry events. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver end-to-end demos showcasing product capabilities with various 3rd party applications. Record and edit demo videos for internal and external use Write technical white papers, solution briefs, and other collateral to highlight product strengths. Evaluate performance results and write benchmark analysis documentation Contribute to documentation and knowledge bases with clear, authoritative content. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events (travel required). Deliver live demos and technical presentations to diverse audiences. Serve as the de facto product expert, deeply understanding features, integrations, and customer use cases Provide technical support in customer conversations to assist sales teams and drive adoption. Cross-functional teamwork with extensive communication to keep everyone on the same page Provide competitive analysis of competing products Qualifications: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Strong expertise in VMware and virtualization tech Enterprise AI experience Familiarity with Linux systems and hardware/software integration. Ability to record demos using tooling and perform basic video editing Familiarity with Slack, Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office tools Excellent communication and organizational skills.
