About the Role Our medical office manager will be an organized, hardworking team leader. The OM will coordinate provider, surgery, staff, and patient schedules. She will take the lead with patient relationships and issues. She will be a financial manager in the office- overseeing bills, patient balances, and insurance billings. Responsibilities • Arrange for training of medical assistants and administrative staff. • Manage the financials involved in running the practice - bills, account management, and patient balances, and insurances. • Be proficient, or be willing to learn medical billing. • Experience with E Clinical Works is a plus Required Skills • Organizational skills. • Team leadership. • Coordination of schedules. • Patient relationship management. • Financial management. • Medical billing.
