It'd be great if you also have: • Industry experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or broader supply chain. • Master's degree (MBA or advanced HR/Operations discipline). • Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR; CCWP; Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt). • Proven stewardship of large labor spend portfolios and advanced workforce analytics expertise. • Deep knowledge of co-employment risk, labor regulations, and vendor negotiation strategies.
