Oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, lead teams, and implement process improvements. | Requires 5+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, knowledge of ERP systems, and leadership skills, which do not match your AML and fraud investigation expertise. | Overview Our Client is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for a 10,000 sq. ft. facility, with significant expansion into a new building planned within the year. This role leads warehouse teams, manages inventory, and drives efficiency, safety, and accuracy across all workflows. The position also supports ERP implementation and reports directly to the CEO and COO. Key Responsibilities • Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. • Build, train, and manage a high‑performing warehouse team. • Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA). • Optimize warehouse layout, equipment use, and labor planning. • Oversee inbound/outbound accuracy and meet productivity and SLA targets. • Manage WMS/ERP systems and support process improvements. • Conduct audits, analyze workload, and forecast labor and inventory needs. • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure service excellence. • Manage operational budgets and control labor and equipment costs. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred). • 5+ years of warehouse or distribution supervisory experience. • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, equipment, and safety standards. • Experience with ERP systems creation and continued management of said system. • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite. • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. • Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage shifting priorities. • Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean/Six Sigma (plus).
