Job Title: Production Associate Shift/hours: 2nd and 3rd shifts Department/Group: Location: Kulpsville, PA Position Type: KV Union Job Family: Grade 6 Reports to: Supervisor Position Purpose Summary – Perform all operations in clean room work area to meet or exceed expected quality and production standards. Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Comply with all federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations as well as any safety policies and protocols outlined by the company. • Set up and finish trim parts on appropriate equipment. • Set up and operate large laser cutting machines and automated inscription machine. • Load and unload ovens. • Final inspection of parts using gauges, micrometers and non-contact measurement tools as necessary. • Follow all SPC procedures. • Rework parts as necessary. • In process, trim and inspect all parts as required (line pull). • Record daily activities including clock offs and special projects. • Record all Information on GT data collection system as required. • Must be able to electronically perform SAP transactions such as labor and material usage in a timely and accurate manner. • Perform miscellaneous duties in the White Chemraz area as assigned.
