Job Purpose The Manager, Go-To-Market FP&A serves as the primary finance business partner to Sales, Revenue Operations and related GTM leaders. Finance business partners empower financially sound planning and decision making throughout the organization. In this role, you will enable GTM leaders to make high-quality, data-driven decisions more independently by translating complex financial analysis into clear business logic, actionable insights, and decision-ready tools. You will be a sought-after thought partner for GTM strategy, investment decisions, and performance management—helping leaders optimize revenue growth, resource allocation, and return on investment while managing risk and tradeoffs. Responsibilities Lead Go-To-Market FP&A and Decision Support Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for Go-To-Market functions, including revenue, sales, marketing, and customer acquisition activities. Serve as the primary finance advisor to GTM senior leaders, providing insights that inform pricing, demand planning, pipeline health, capacity planning, and investment tradeoffs. Translate GTM strategies and initiatives into financial outcomes, clearly connecting operational decisions to enterprise value. 2. Drive High-Quality Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting Lead GTM budget creation, reforecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring assumptions are well understood, pressure-tested, and aligned to strategic priorities. Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities during planning cycles and recommend mitigation or alternative scenarios. Monitor leading indicators (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates, sampling) to anticipate performance gaps and drive timely course correction. 3. Provide Strategic Thought Partnership and Insight Challenge assumptions using structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, and scenario modeling to elevate decision quality. Support development of GTM business cases by evaluating benefits, costs, risks, and ROI to inform funding and prioritization decisions. Help leaders relentlessly triage initiatives to focus on the highest-value opportunities while managing downside risk. 4. Build and Embed Decision Support Tools Leverage planning and reporting tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, BI dashboards, financial models) to deliver intuitive, actionable reporting for GTM leaders. Partner with FP&A, Finance Systems, and Technology teams to design dashboards, reports, and analyses that meet GTM leaders where they are. Act as the “voice of the internal customer” to ensure tools translate financial complexity into practical, decision-ready insights. 5. Enable Financial Acumen and Adoption Coach and train GTM leaders and stakeholders on FP&A concepts, value-driver trees, and financial decision frameworks. Communicate insights clearly through visuals, storytelling, and plain business language to drive alignment, trust, and action. Drive adoption of FP&A tools and processes by embedding them into existing workflows and decision forums. 6. Continuous Improvement and Collaboration Establish success metrics for GTM FP&A tools and services and drive iterative improvement based on stakeholder feedback. Collaborate closely with other FP&A managers and analysts to ensure consistency, accuracy, and best-practice sharing across the organization. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Great Minds’ finance business partnering model. Requirements 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, business planning, or finance business partnering, ideally including revenue or GTM support. Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with deep knowledge of the P&L and financial drivers. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into clear business implications for senior leaders. Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence decision making at the senior leadership level. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Go-To-Market functions (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, or Demand Planning). Job Purpose The Operations team at Great Minds (GM) is responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment and national distribution of our products as well as the management of all products in need of production services in preparation for digital or print distribution. As an Operations project manager, you will be working with various internal and external stakeholders to manage all new and existing content across all three curricular teams that will support teachers and students learn from home or in the classroom. This large-scale project involves the development and production of videos as well as print and digital content for Wit & Wisdom®, Eureka Math™ and PhD Science™. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Operations the Senior Project Manager works directly with GM Operations Managers and Operations Program Managers to plan, estimate, coordinate, and monitor all activities associated with assigned projects to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished on time, in scope, and within budgetary parameters. Specific tasks include the setup of and maintenance of project plans in Smartsheet and, development of detailed project scope documentation, negotiation of project timelines with requesting teams, coordination of resource allocation, leading weekly project meetings, producing weekly status reports and C-level presentations on project status and risks. This role will be focused on the day-to-day project management responsibilities for new project(s) to support GM operations. Responsibilities Applying established procedures and basic project management methodologies as defined by PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge. The Director will ensure that printed instructional materials are produced to the highest quality standards, delivered on time, and sourced cost-effectively, while sustaining a high-performing supplier and paper network capable of supporting demand volatility, large state adoptions, and long-term growth. This role operates with enterprise-wide scope and at the leadership level, serving as the executive owner of print manufacturing, cost, and risk outcomes. Responsibilities End-to-End Print Strategy and Operations Ownership Define and own the multi-year print manufacturing strategy aligned to Great Minds’ growth plan, state adoption pipeline, and margin targets. Cross-Functional Leadership & Financial Alignment • Partner with Demand Planning, Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Warehouse Operations to align print execution with revenue forecasts, margin targets, and fulfillment plans. • Provide clear visibility into print costs, risks, and capacity constraints to support executive decision-making. • Establish and monitor KPIs related to cost, service, quality, supplier reliability, and inventory outcomes. • Own print-related gross margin performance, with direct accountability for cost structure, yield loss, obsolescence risk, reprint economics, and supplier pricing outcomes. • Create and own a portfolio of margin-improvement initiatives as part of continuous improvement efforts, including spec optimization, vendor consolidation, and paper strategy. • Partner with Finance to forecast and explain print cost variance at the executive and leadership levels. • Serve as executive incident lead during print-related business continuity events.
