If you do not possess certification at the time of hiring, you are granted an 8-week period to submit it. • New Jersey: Proof of X-ray training. • New York: Not applicable. • Ohio: Proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH Permit to Expose X-rays) • Texas: CPR Certification, TSBDE: TX State Board of Dental Examiners.
