Lead end-to-end O9 implementation projects including configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration in FMCG environments. | Requires multiple full-cycle O9 implementations, deep technical and supply chain expertise, and ability to resolve scaling and performance challenges. | Job Description: O9 Solutions SME – End-to-End Transformation Location: USA/Remote Seniority: Senior Consultant / SME (Hands-On) Industry Preference: FMCG / Consumer Packaged Goods Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on O9 Solutions Subject Matter Expert (SME) with direct experience leading end-to-end O9 implementations. The ideal candidate has not only configured and optimized O9 but has also faced and resolved real-world scaling challenges. This role requires deep technical knowledge, functional understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to operate in complex FMCG environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end O9 implementation projects, from blueprinting to hypercare. • Configure O9 modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP/S&OP, Control Tower) and build Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) models (product, customer, location hierarchies). • Develop and optimize integrations with ERP/data systems (SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.). • Work hands-on at the code/configuration level to tune the platform, improve runtime performance, and resolve solver scaling issues. • Implement Control Tower playbooks, KPIs, and scenario planning for real-time decision-making. • Guide teams through performance bottlenecks, runtime optimizations, and configuration trade-offs. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate FMCG/CPG processes into O9 planning logic. • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices for internal and client teams. Required Skills & Experience • Direct, hands-on O9 Solutions implementation (not Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar). • Minimum 2–3 full-cycle O9 implementations (design → go-live → hypercare). • Strong experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods supply chain planning. • Proven ability to: • Configure O9 modules end-to-end. • Model data in EKG and manage master/transactional data flows. • Troubleshoot and optimize solver runtime performance. • Address scaling challenges in large, global environments. • Solid technical background with comfort at code/configuration level. • Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications • O9 certifications (e.g., Supply Chain Solver, Demand Planning). • Experience integrating O9 with SAP APO/IBP, Oracle, Snowflake, or BigQuery. • Knowledge of cloud-based deployments and runtime optimization strategies. • Prior experience in a global FMCG enterprise.
