Quality and governance * Follow and help refine team practices around content safety, PII handling, prompt versioning, model selection, logging, and observability. * Take ownership of supportability — what you build, you help support. * Stay current with the rapid evolution of the Microsoft AI platform and bring fresh patterns back to the team. Collaboration * Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo progress, and validate that what we're building actually solves the problem. * Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. * Mentor more junior developers and analysts on Power Platform and Copilot Studio patterns as you grow into the senior end of the team.
