Develop and manage product marketing content and messaging to support sales and marketing efforts. | Requires 2+ years in marketing or copywriting, with strong writing skills and familiarity with SaaS or B2B environments. | Associate Product Marketing Manager, Content & Messaging Location: Remote Reports to: Sr. Director of Product and Content Marketing About the Role Grace Hill is seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Product Marketing Manager, specializing in content & messaging, to help craft and deliver content that supports our platform-level value story and elevates our go-to-market strategy. This role will focus on translating product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with real estate professionals in both multifamily and commercial segments. This is a great opportunity for a strong writer, content marketer, or copywriter who wants to move into product marketing. You’ll work closely with the Senior Director of Product Marketing, who will mentor and support your development as you learn how to translate product capabilities and go-to-market strategies into compelling content for buyers, customers, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who’s excited to grow their career in product marketing and thrives in an environment where things are constantly evolving. You should be comfortable adapting quickly, shifting gears without having all the answers, and figuring things out in motion. Success in this role depends on your ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, take ownership of your work, and stay open to feedback and iteration. Responsibilities: Content Creation & Messaging Execution • Develop clear, customer-focused content that reflects Grace Hill’s platform strategy and demonstrates the combined value of our integrated solutions. • Write and manage core product marketing assets including one-pagers, solution briefs, blog posts, slide decks, emails, and case studies. • Refresh and evolve legacy materials to support new messaging aligned with platform packaging and bundle pricing. • Translate technical product updates into clear, benefit-oriented narratives for use across sales and marketing channels. • Support the creation of content for webinars, launch announcements, sales collateral, and campaigns. Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Execute on content needs that support sales enablement and the go-to-market motion by working closely with teams across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement • Develop and update sales materials such as slide decks, one-pagers, and internal training content to align with messaging and product updates • Support content execution for product launches and feature releases by creating assets based on positioning guidance from senior team members • Contribute content and messaging to demand generation campaigns and events, ensuring assets align with campaign goals and audience needs • Adapt messaging across use cases, personas, and segments in coordination with demand gen, events, and social teams • Stay flexible and responsive to cross-functional inputs, helping move projects forward in a fast-paced environment Qualifications & Skills • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or copywriting, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment. • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn product details into clear and engaging content. Portfolio or writing samples preferred. • Ability to synthesize technical concepts and customer outcomes into benefit-driven messaging. • Interest in product marketing and eagerness to learn about positioning, launches, and go-to-market strategies. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple content projects and shifting priorities. • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Asana, Google Workspace, or Canva is a plus. • Experience or familiarity with real estate, proptech, or learning & development tools is a bonus. In this role, you will shape messaging and positioning, develop content strategy, and drive go-to-market execution that fuels brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and product adoption. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll partner closely with product management, sales, customer success, and the broader marketing team to ensure our solutions are effectively differentiated in the market and supported with impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution. Product Marketing • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that resonate with target personas across the real estate industry. • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and enhancements, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and customer success. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and win/loss assessments to identify opportunities and inform strategy. • Own and evolve key enablement resources such as buyer personas, customer journey maps, and competitive battle cards. • Partner with sales and customer success leadership to deliver playbooks and other tools that accelerate pipeline conversion and customer retention. Content Creation & Thought Leadership • Develop and manage content such as blogs, webinars, customer success stories, and other thought leadership materials that engage prospects and customers. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, educational content aligned to customer needs and market trends, positioning Grace Hill as a trusted industry authority. • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, GEO, digital campaigns, and multi-channel distribution to maximize reach and engagement. Sales Enablement & Campaign Activation • Partner with Demand Generation to design and activate integrated campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and product adoption. • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences. • Develop sales and customer enablement materials such as slide decks, brochures, one-pagers, playbooks, and other content to help accelerate pipeline conversion, renewals, and software upgrades. • Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence and provide tools that empower the sales and customer success teams. • Track and report on KPIs for product marketing and content performance, using data to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, customer success and product initiatives.
