We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grower Accountant to join our accounting team at our headquarters in Redondo Beach, CA. Key Responsibilities • Documents and reconcile accounting activities related to grower settlements. • Perform weekly calculations, data entry, and reconciliation of grower-related charges. • Ensure accurate and timely execution of weekly growers settlement processes. • Generate and distribute internal reports related to grower accounting. • Collaborate with other departments to support grower accounting functions. • Assist with month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Participate in cross-training across other accounting functions as needed. • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned. Qualification • High school diploma required; Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field preferred. • Minimum 4 years of experience in grower accounting. Accounts payable experience can be considered. • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Skills • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliatation. • Proficient in accounting software and MS office, specially Excel. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environment. • Flexible and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
