Who we’re looking for: You’re up for the audacious challenge of driving money out of politics and democratizing democracy. You have 2+ years of experience leading Design teams in a consumer internet company or a consumer-quality SaaS company. You’ve managed a team of at least 3 direct reports. You’ve also been an individual contributor for 3+ years, for a total of 5+ years of product design experience. You’re highly skilled in both responsive web design and native mobile applications. You’re highly proficient with design tools like Figma, Maze, etc. You have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. You build strong User Research practices to better understand your users. You have strong communication skills. You are a storyteller. You bring a clear creative direction from the highest level but are hands-on living and breathing the details.
