The position focuses on independent case execution, complex issue resolution within established frameworks, and support to quality assurance and process consistency efforts. Responsibilities Independently process and support complex retirement cases, including those involving multiple service histories, retirement coverage discrepancies, deposits and redeposits, military service credit, and incomplete personnel records.
