As Senior Director / Vice President of Supply Chain, you’ll join our executive leadership team and set the vision for supply chain excellence across a rapidly growing, nationwide mail-order pharmacy. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement a comprehensive, long-term supply chain strategy that drives efficiency and supports overarching business objectives. • Direct centralized purchasing, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical ingredients, packaging, and supplies. • Provide warehouse oversight and management. • Oversee vendor negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives to maximize value for all locations. • Lead the team responsible for logistics and distribution network optimization for multi-channel fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. • Inspire and coach senior supply chain leaders, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth. • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to optimize supply chain processes that enhance customer experience and drive business success. • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across all supply chain operations. • Drive continuous improvement through data analytics, technology adoption, and process innovation. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred. • 10+ years in supply chain leadership, with significant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. • Proven success in strategic planning and managing large-scale operations. • Strong financial acumen and expertise in vendor management. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making. • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments or startup organizations preferred.
