Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and lead a team to meet strategic goals. | Minimum 8 years of digital advertising experience, management experience, and proficiency with major ad platforms and analytics tools. | We are a highly successful digital marketing division of Globe Life, an S&P 500 company, seeking to hire a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to optimize & expand our lead generation efforts across all online channels. This position requires someone with hands-on experience managing large-scale digital campaigns through self-serve ad platforms & orchestrated media buys, a hyper-analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and in-depth expertise in paid search & display advertising mediums. About the Role As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to implement the high-level strategy of the leadership team and ensure department goals are consistently met or exceeded. This entails overseeing multi-million-dollar Google & Bing paid search accounts, display advertising campaigns (both self-serve & managed), affiliate & first-party email programs, coreg & lead post campaigns, as well as new paid media expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct response marketing and leadgen advertising, as well as proven experience managing budgets well into the millions of dollars a month. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and optimize existing digital marketing campaigns while planning and executing new initiatives under executive direction • Drive business development by identifying, vetting, and scaling new advertising partners and channel opportunities • Cultivate strategic vendor relationships and coordinate media buys with external partners • Provide leadership and coaching to junior marketing team members, delegating responsibilities to execute strategic objectives • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals • Design and facilitate A/B testing across all digital channels and web properties • Analyze campaign KPIs and translate data-driven insights into executive-level summaries with actionable recommendations • Conduct brand monitoring, competitive intelligence research, and emerging media evaluation • Evaluate and master new self-service advertising platforms, becoming a subject matter expert on their capabilities • Maintain and enhance internal processes for digital asset management, compliance workflows, and creative approval coordination Work Schedule: Hybrid, in office Tuesday – Thursday Globe Life believes in a healthy work-life balance and our employees currently enjoy a hybrid work schedule with the option to Work-From-Home on Mondays & Fridays. The other 3 days of the week, Tuesday – Thursday, our Team members work out of our Culver City office, so it is important that candidates for this position reside in the Greater Los Angeles area and have reliable means of transportation. • *This is a full-time position. Benefits: • Pension plan • 401K with company matching • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, & legal insurance options • Complimentary life insurance benefits • Generous PTO allowance (Paid Time Off) • 1 floating holiday per year • Gym membership plan through WellHub, offering free or discounted access to a large selection of gyms Required Qualifications: • Minimum 8 years of digital advertising experience • Minimum 2-3 years in a management role or senior digital marketing position • Comprehensive understanding of search engine advertising strategy with expert-level knowledge of Google Ads & Microsoft Ads best practices • Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar advertising budgets for direct response and performance marketing campaigns • Expert command of performance metrics and KPIs across multiple digital channels • Proficiency in campaign creation, optimization, and reporting within self-serve platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Taboola, etc.) • Advanced experience analyzing large datasets using third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for report building (Tableau experience is a plus) • Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership abilities • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, multitask effectively, and perform under pressure with shifting deadlines • Self-directed learner with strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly master new platforms Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with M365/Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with agile management frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban • Up-to-date knowledge of how AI is currently reshaping the digital marketing landscape and experience in the practical application of available AI-driven optimization tools Equal Employment Opportunity: Globe Life is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
