Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, developing detailed project plans, conducting risk assessments, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and overseeing the quality of deliverables through testing and user acceptance. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and the SAP EWM solution itself.Key Responsibilities Expertise: S/4 EWM implementation knowledge. Project Planning & Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, set deadlines, and manage project resources and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Team & Stakeholder Management:Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal and external vendors, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, technical teams, and stakeholders. Risk & Issue Management:Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and manage issue tracking to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Quality Assurance:Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), ensure compliance with project methodologies, and manage project documentation and reporting. Solution Oversight:Ensure SAP EWM solutions are aligned with business objectives, optimize warehouse operations, and support supply chain needs.Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:Proven experience as a SAP Project Manager with multiple full-cycle SAP EWM implementations. Logistics & Supply Chain Knowledge:Strong understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain execution. SAP EWM Expertise:Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized) and familiarity with other SAP logistics modules (e.g., MM, SD, TM). Project Management Methodologies:Proficiency in methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, or SAP Activate. Technical Skills:Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project or SAP Solution Manager, and an understanding of integration technologies like APIs or BAPIs. Soft Skills:Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
