The Managing Director will lead lending operations during a period of institutional growth and market expansion, working alongside a world-class leadership team. This individual will shape the firm’s lending strategy, build and manage relationships with borrowers and capital partners, and oversee origination, underwriting, and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities: • Drive loan origination across commercial real estate sectors. • Lead the lending team through deal structuring, underwriting, and closing. • Establish and maintain borrower and investor relationships. • Develop strategies to expand the firm’s market presence. • Partner with senior leadership on long-term growth initiatives.
