Essential Functions • Compile data and prepare weekly production reports. • Compile weekly financial report for review at staff meetings. • Compare and analyze actual plant expenditures to budget/forecast, ensure correct accounts are charged, and report unusual findings. • Manage physical inventory process for ingredients, packaging, cleaners, plant supplies, office supplies, safety supplies, etc. • Manage finished goods cycle count process. Compile weekly finished cycle count report and send discrepancies to the warehouse for reconciliation. • Reconcile monthly finished goods inventories. • Research variances between SAP inventories and physical counts. • Responsible for Petty Cash. • Manage and develop staff • Responsible for process improvement and standardization in assigned area • Perform other duties as assigned. The Skills you will bring to the team • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. • Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. • Ability to prioritize tasks, and handle multiply projects simultaneously. • Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Participates in special projects/ action teams. • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill. • Physical Demands • Regularly involves talking or listening, sitting, and the use of hands and fingers. • Frequently involves reaching with hands and arms, standing and walking. • Occasionally involves crouching, stooping, kneeling, and/or climbing or balancing.
