Gladia is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, passionate Developer Relations Manager. If you understand the nuances of how software is built, can inspire in-person and online audiences, and can work across different communities and departments, we would love to hear from you. We believe real-time processing is the next frontier of audio transcription APIs and for this role, you'd be working with a rapidly growing company that's positioned at the intersection of speech AI and enterprise productivity, serving developers who need reliable, multilingual audio processing capabilities for their applications. Role At Gladia, our Developer Relations leader will wear many hats to win the hearts and minds of software teams. In this role, you’ll foster and build networks with developers, devops, engineering managers, and prompt engineers... You will work closely with our marketing, tech and product teams to help us present and position our products while supporting our community in the most impactful way possible. Not only that, we will be counting on you to be our eyes and ears in the community and deliver back feedback from our community and users. You will be a great public speaker, excellent writer, and comfortable operating across different media and environments. You will help us produce compelling content, campaigns, and marketing collateral. You'll enable a broader community of technologists across events, content, media, campaigns, and more. In the role, you won’t be bouncing from event to event parroting the same message. We want someone who can really understand the needs of our audience, serve them, and build a relationship. New and prospective customers and community members will depend on you to help them truly understand the value we offer, and how they can harness it. This work will play a critical role in the broader success of the company. Missions Providing engagement and outreach focused on growing developer engagement and empowering them to generate value and do great work. Developing content that promotes engagement with developers, solving their problems, and using the product. Speaking at conferences, meetups, customer meetings, and more. Competitive analysis to assess how we can always lead the industry with powerful, engaged, thoughtful, and surprising advocacy and engagement. Building relationships within the industry and community to be their representative for Gladia in helping to engage, be successful, and deliver great work and collaboration. Working with product, engineering, and marketing teams to help support your and their success. Integrating company brand, voice, and messaging into developed content and representing that brand well. Being active in other communities and platforms to help foster collaboration and relationships with other communities and organizations. Always challenging our assumptions, our culture, and being singularly focused on delivering the very best communication and collaboration platform in the world. Running powerful social media, events, and other outward facing efforts that will grow our customer, community, and user base. Profile Experience with the following is required 3+ years of experience in developer relations and advocacy. Experience working in technology and other online communities. Excellent public speaking, writing, blogging, and content development skills. Facilitating complex and sensitive community situations with humility, judgment, tact, and humor. Working independently and autonomously, managing multiple competing priorities. Experience with any of the following preferred 5+ years of experience leading community advocacy and developer relations programs within a software or Internet-based company. Experience and knowledge of open source workflow, projects, and culture. Prior developer experience, preferably working on an infrastructure/API project Existing network from a diverse set of communities and social media platforms. Media training and experience in communicating with journalists, bloggers, and other media on a range of technical topics. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the forefront of Gladia’s growth in the U.S. market. You will play a key role in generating and qualifying new business opportunities to fuel our Account Executive team. This is a high-energy, high-impact position where your contributions will directly accelerate our expansion globally. This role is NY based. Role Actively prospect new customers through calls, emails, and social channels. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential opportunities. Maintain a high daily volume of outreach and conversations. Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoff. Contribute to refining sales processes and achieving ambitious growth targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system. Produce regular reports and dashboards to monitor pipeline health, track performance against targets, and provide actionable insights to the sales team Profile Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (SDR, BDR, or equivalent). Proven track record in a fast-growing environment with high prospecting volume. Experience with a B2B SaaS product (mandatory). Familiar with a tech audience: ability to understand and engage with technical stakeholders (CTOs, developers, product managers, etc.).
