Role Description As a Customer Strategy & Insights Analyst for GFiber, you will be working in the Sales organization to solve a wide range of business problems across multiple functional areas. You will deploy a flexible analytical skill set to deliver insightful data and analysis, model business scenarios, define metrics, and address operational challenges with a quantitative approach. Your principal goal will be to use data to drive better business decisions and customer growth. In this role, you'll: • Deliver full pieces of an analysis that is integrated into an overarching analytical outcome (e.g., research, experimental design using analytical tools to test hypotheses and draw conclusions, storytelling and consulting to business leaders to drive action, and designing data strategies for reporting and dashboards). • Drive analytical problem-solving and deep dives - work with large, complex data sets; solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed. • Collaborate with a wide variety of cross-functional partners to understand business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end data analysis. • Communicate findings, recommendations, and metrics updates to your management and other stakeholders by delivering effective presentations. • Comfort with undertaking specific tasks, bugs, and maintenance work. Additionally, comfort with owning complex projects, proving mastery through accuracy, timeliness, and volume of work, with minimal guidance. At a minimum we'd like you to have: • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or equivalent practical experience. • 5 years of relevant analytics experience. • Demonstrated experience with data analysis, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder management. • Experience working in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and using BI tools for data visualization and dashboarding. It's preferred if you have: • Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business Analytics. • Experience with advanced analytical techniques such as A/B testing, statistical modeling, or predictive analytics. • Ability to translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations for executive-level audiences. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $105,600 - $154,900 + bonus + cash award + benefits. Area Description The Finance Operations team at GFiber is responsible for making sure that all payments come in and go out smoothly. This Finance Operations Analyst will specialize on Order to Cash Billing processes to support new and expanding business initiatives. Role Description As a Finance Operations Analyst specializing in Order to Cash Billing Programs, you will be a champion of efficiency and effectiveness in our revenue cycle. You'll partner with our Sales, Sales Operations, Billing, Product, IT and Accounting teams to create and maintain standard operating procedures that enable the business to scale while meeting the needs of all cross functional partners. You will also support existing and future reporting and analytics related to Order to Cash processes to ensure processes are in control and streamline audit requests. In this role, you'll: • Work with cross functional business and finance teams to define and standardize scaled operations for new billing programs, providing support for program specific complexities. • Support growth in transaction volume in manually supported Billing Programs for high growth and emerging business areas, troubleshooting and resolving billing discrepancies. • Contribute to new Order to Cash system operations and migrations including some processes in cash application and reconciliation, refund management & collections operations. • Provide enhanced reporting and analytics for relevant Order to Cash processes, working on requirements for systems solutions when possible and support directly as necessary. • Own process controls and reconciliations around Order to Cash processes to ensure compliance and manage financial risk. At a minimum we'd like you to have: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent practical experience. • 5 years of experience in cross functional program management and stakeholder management across different geographical locations. • 3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit and Collections, Sales Operations, or Banking Operations scalable process design and implementation. • 3 years of experience analyzing large data sets and financial systems. It's preferred if you have: • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g. SAP, SalesForce, Zuora, Adyen, Blackline, etc.). • Experience defining requirements for and automating manual processes. • Experience managing ongoing operations with process improvement. • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, etc. The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $98,400 - $144,300 + bonus + cash award + benefits.
