This role optimizes transportation, warehouse processes, and vendor coordination to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction across e-commerce and B2B channels. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute logistics strategies for domestic and international shipments, coordinating with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization. • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch, while maintaining accurate stock levels through cycle counts and system updates. • Manage transportation logistics, negotiating rates with freight providers, scheduling LTL and FTL pickups, and tracking shipments to resolve delays or issues across all product lines. • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to forecast demand, manage lead times, and integrate new product lines into the supply chain. • Implement and monitor logistics performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery rates, transportation costs) to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across all warehouses. • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards, including documentation for international shipments. • Lead the implementation and optimization of a new inventory management system (WMS) to enhance accuracy and scalability. • Leverage logistics software and WMS systems to automate workflows, track assets in real-time, and generate reports for leadership review. • Coordinate returns processing, reverse logistics, and quality inspections to minimize losses and enhance customer experience. • Train and lead logistics staff on best practices, safety protocols, and system usage to build a high-performing team. • Provide strategic insights on supply chain trends, vendor performance, and cost-saving opportunities to support scalable growth. Qualifications • Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, with 3-5 years required; a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred but not required. • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS), inventory systems, and Microsoft/Google Office suite for reporting and analysis. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage complex operations and resolve disruptions across multiple product lines. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in e-commerce, hardware distribution, or the drone/UAS industry. • Certification in logistics (e.g., CLTD, CSCP) or supply chain management. • Physical Requirements (if applicable) • Occasional lifting or movement of equipment (up to 50 lbs) and site visits to warehouse facilities may be required. Compensation and Benefits $90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, based on Los Angeles market rates for a full-time role, with health, dental, vision insurance, and retirement plans as per company policy.

This individual will serve a key function in providing services that combine technical knowledge, practical experience, and professional judgment in resolving surveying, mapping, and geospatial challenges. We are seeking a Maryland PLS candidate. Responsibilities: • Assist discipline leadership with the planning, implementation and production of deliverables for land surveying projects • Oversee and manage staff for specific project assignments • Supervise field work • Coordinate and work with staff to prepare and/or modify field work scope, survey data, data reduction, project plans and revisions, and, final survey deliverables based on the analysis of collected data • Write and/or review drafting and CAD file production, draft survey maps, proposals, written descriptions, and miscellaneous reports • Assist in planning schedules and developing tasks and project budgets. Prepare progress reports and draft change orders • Perform and manage multiple projects and tasks within specific budgets, schedules, and deadlines. Prepare draft invoices, project billings, and assist in payment collections • Effectively use reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, and aerial photographs to assess project needs and assist in project approach • Assist with office tasks including, but not limited to CAD drafting, data download, deed and map research, and filing • As necessary, collect field data for preparation of surveys by using surveying equipment and software • As necessary, assist in recovery of survey control and monumentation, construction layout, obtaining invert and subsurface utility information, and photo documentation of the project area Qualifications: • Maryland PLS license or ability to obtain licensure • 5+ years of survey experience in both the field and office • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software and excellent computer skills • Experience with proposal preparation and job estimates • Ability to perform complex boundary analysis and maintain quality control of survey deliverables • Proven ability to manage multiple staff to meet project deadlines • Demonstrated ability to work as a team with various levels and types of management, staff, co-workers, and clients • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability and willingness to travel to the field when necessary • Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing
