In this role, you will work directly with the Director of HR Technology to implement and enhance HR systems, ensure accurate and efficient data transfers, and drive innovative solutions that support business operations. You’ll combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of HR processes to optimize system functionality, improve reporting, and deliver exceptional customer support. Essential Functions Serve as a subject matter expert in HRIS/Payroll system functionality and related business practices. Develop and manage project plans for HRIS initiatives, mentoring team members on project management best practices. Evaluate, implement, and configure new HR systems, modules, and data transfers. Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and design stable, user-friendly system solutions. Manage system enhancements, troubleshoot errors, and recommend improvements. About You Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field. 4+ years of HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems administration experience. Experience implementing and integrating configurable HR or Payroll systems. Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; SharePoint knowledge preferred. Experience with Ceridian or SAP strongly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support diverse user groups. Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information. This position is responsible for providing high-quality triage and nursing support over the phone for hospice patients and families during after-hours, holidays, and peak volume times. If you're an experienced, compassionate RN with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills, we invite you to bring your expertise home—literally. This is a part-time role. About the Role: The Telephonic Triage Nurse provides timely, expert guidance and support over the phone to hospice patients and families. This critical nursing role includes assessing symptoms, prioritizing calls, managing urgent care needs, and determining when an in-person visit is necessary.
