About the Role • Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet Retrofit program requirements. • Process Retrofit Matrix reports to support retrofit program planning, specifically showing retrofit requirements and inventory availabilities for a specified range of vehicles. • Manage the ORACLE-based Retrofit Database, including: • Creating new vehicle records in the system • Creating tasks and loading them against applicable vehicles • Updating retrofit status • Providing retrofit reports and executive summaries upon request • Process internal requisitions and retrofit sales orders for contracted retrofit activities. • Create and administer Engineering Change Authorization Requests (ECARs) for retrofit work and manage the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) sign-off process. • Research the ORACLE-based Stryker Retrofit database to assist internal and external customers with program direction. • Conduct excess inventory evaluations at the part number level or for an entire warehouse facility. • Address customer requests that fall outside the specified roles and responsibilities. • Validate the pricing of parts using government databases such as Fedlog, WebFLIS, or I3 Log. • Handle Call Forward requests from the U.S. Government to ship parts out of Oracle via sales orders. • Address issues from the internal Receiving team in Sumner, WA. • Process orders and cancellations in the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP). • Provide requisition statuses for parts ordered. • Support the implementation of Safety, ISO, CPI and other GDLS initiatives as required • Become knowledgeable on assigned products and families of vehicles to include leveraging AI and immersive technology to transform CSO business Qualifications Sought • Bachelor’s Degree in a business area of study or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years experience in a similar project management role • Ability to pass a U.S. Government Clearance check to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC). • Proficiency in using ORACLE and associated computer systems. • Strong problem-solving and project management skills. • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written). • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet team objectives and performance metrics. • Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines, provide timely updates, and communicate status with all parties involved. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Ability to multi-task and manage workday efficiently. • This position will require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance). Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role: Major Activities Include: Ensuring that program and contract milestones are met relative to material support tasks, Master Scheduling of end-item deliverables to ensure financial performance objectives and program/contract commitments are met. Basic Responsibilities Include: • Support Integrated Product Development teams • Support production program and Support Services teams • Oracle MRP independent demand and dependent demand planning and analysis (Master Scheduling) • Support proposal development teams, build teams, Process Action Teams representing Supply Chain Management (SCM) • Serve as SCM liaison and Project Management representative for all material related activities • Interface with GDLS (internal) teams and with external (customer) teams • Drive early identification of BOM and make/buy decisions to support development of purchase order placement schedules. Perform lead-time setback analysis to guide production prioritization and engineering release of product definition to support timely procurement • Develop, maintain, and publish status reports to monitor material releases, purchase order placement and hardware delivery status. Identify necessary corrective actions in concert with Program Office, Finance, product teams and various SCM departments to ensure timely implementation. Assess effectiveness of corrective action efforts and communicate exceptions / issues to leadership team and upper management for timely resolution to ensure program schedules and requirements are met • Attend program meetings and serve as SCM representative. Types of meetings include: Design Reviews (internal and external), Program Management and status meetings, build meetings for shortage identification and resolution, proposal development and strategy meetings • Chair program briefings with Supply Chain Management to communicate program requirements, schedules, and priorities and to identify impact to SCM organization • Responsible to develop meeting agendas and prepare presentations to brief peers, supervision and executive leadership • Represent SCM in proposal development. Support pricing exercises; engage in division Operating Plan development regarding SCM material support throughout forecasting period; develop and present SCM metrics. Requires strong communication skills and interface with program office and other teams. This includes working on cross-functional teams, LSS, WSA and Continuous Improvement teams • Conduct working level hardware status reviews with Procurement personnel and management to ensure program requirements and priorities are understood • Conduct / chair meetings as required for Supply Chain Management personnel to expedite necessary actions • This position will require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens will not be eligible) Qualifications Sought: • Bachelor's degree • 7 to 10 years of overall professional experience with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in one of the following areas: • Supply Chain Management (all areas) • Product Development • Manufacturing (all areas) • Project Engineering • Program Management • Program Finance • Aftermarket and sustainment of fielded products • Compliance to DoD certified business systems. • Strong MRP/ERP planning skills and experience is a plus. • Cognos Enterprise Reporting (data warehouse) is a plus. • Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization (oral and written). • Previous project / team leadership experience. • Project Management experience is a plus. • Demonstrated GDLS product knowledge is a plus. • Ability to prioritize engineering releases based on lead-time setbacks for products. • Strong interpersonal skills.
