About Genospace: Genospace delivers oncology-focused data and technology solutions that support clinical trials, precision medicine, and real-world data workflows. Our platform enables capabilities such as EMR-to-EDC automation, clinical trial matching, and analytics across research sites and sponsor studies. We work closely with strategic partners—including Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI)—to deploy these solutions at scale and improve trial execution, data quality, and patient access to innovative therapies. Current Need: The Strategic Program Manager will lead the operational delivery of Genospace’s strategic partner programs. This role oversees cross-functional execution of roadmap initiatives and study-level programs, ensuring consistent delivery, adoption, and operational continuity across Genospace solutions. The individual will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Quality, Legal, Finance, and external stakeholders to manage program execution, track milestones and dependencies, and communicate progress and risks. This role is critical to ensuring Genospace meets partner commitments while freeing Product leadership to focus on strategy and long-term roadmap evolution. Key Responsibilities: Partner & Portfolio Management Serve as the primary operational lead for key Genospace partner programs, including SCRI and related external partnerships. Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner stakeholders and internal teams. Develop a deep understanding of partner goals, funded initiatives, and operational priorities. Prepare and deliver partnership status updates, quarterly reviews, and executive-level communications. Monitor partner health, adoption, delivery progress, and potential risks across programs. Program & Roadmap Oversight Own execution of partner-funded roadmap initiatives from prioritization through release. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Quality) to ensure delivery aligns with scope, timeline, and quality expectations. Maintain a centralized view of program milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs. Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, milestone reviews, and delivery check-ins. Balance priorities across multiple partner initiatives. Study-Level Project Management (EHR-to-EDC / E2E Program) Oversee operational execution of EHR-to-EDC programs and end-to-end studies, including study activation and ongoing monitoring. Track study-level milestones and coordinate across internal teams to support timely delivery. Represent program status and critical dependencies in sponsor-facing meetings, as appropriate. Serve as the single point of operational continuity for E2E studies within the partner ecosystem. Coordinate with Quality and QA teams to ensure study deliverables align with SOPs, validation expectations, and inspection readiness requirements. Cross-Functional Coordination & Reporting Act as a central point of coordination across Genospace teams to ensure commitments are clearly owned and executed. Maintain consistent communication channels and documentation (e.g., meeting notes, trackers, Confluence pages). Prepare consolidated program and portfolio reports for Genospace leadership and partner governance forums. Proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and decision points to leadership. Minimum Requirement: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience. Critical Skills: 7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or strategic partnerships within life sciences or health technology. Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving external partners or customers. Additional Skills: Strong understanding of clinical research workflows and technology-enabled programs. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with both executive and technical audiences. Proven ability to drive alignment across diverse teams without direct authority. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple concurrent initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate delivery risks. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting oncology research networks or sponsor-facing clinical trial programs. Familiarity with EHR-to-EDC workflows, clinical data integration, or regulated (GxP / 21 CFR Part 11) environments. PMP or similar project management certification. Contribute to the evolution of Genospace’s product operating model, standards, and best practices. Minimum Requirement: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Critical Skills: 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, product portfolio management, or related leadership roles, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated technology environments. Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-scale products or platforms. Deep understanding of healthcare data, clinical workflows, and/or clinical research technology. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in a matrixed organization. Ability to travel up to 15% of the time nationwide. Preferred Experience Background in biomedical informatics, data science, or advanced analytics. Experience with oncology data, clinical trials, EMR/EHR systems, real-world evidence, or biomarker data. Familiarity with GxP-regulated software development and validation frameworks. Track record of serving as a subject-matter expert within an organization. Experience building or evolving product organizations and mentoring future leaders.
