Job Summary: The IT Support Analyst provides support to business users in their use of IT equipment, networks, software, and systems to perform work responsibilities. The analyst provides hands-on and remote assistance with end-user devices, printers, networking equipment, Microsoft 365, and other software and business systems. The IT Support Analyst is primarily responsible for working with leadership and end users to meet/exceed business objectives. They may also provide general training for applications and hardware as well. The analyst acts professionally while working. Job Summary: The Clinical Director (CD) provides clinic-level clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services within the assigned clinic. The role is responsible for clinical quality, treatment integrity, staff supervision, client outcomes, safety oversight, and clinical administrative functions for a single clinic, while supporting staff development and accountability for clinical performance. The Clinical Director maintains a reduced clinical caseload while operating in a leadership and quality-assurance capacity, balancing direct clinical responsibility with systems oversight, staff development, and day-to-day clinical operations. The Clinical Director reports to the Regional Clinical Director (RCD) and works in close partnership with the Operations Director (OD), who oversees general business operations. Together, the Clinical Director and Operations Director function as the clinic’s Director Dyad, ensuring coordinated decision-making and aligned execution across clinical and operational domains with clearly defined role boundaries. Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership and Oversight Provide clinical management and oversight to a team of BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and Registered Behavior Technicians. Serve as the lead clinician or primary reviewer for initial assessments and the development, review, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles. Ensure treatment integrity, ethical practice, and compliance with BACB Ethical Code standards, state regulations, payer requirements, and organizational clinical policies. Monitor client progress through systematic review of behavioral data; problem-solve and provide clinical direction when insufficient progress toward outcomes is identified. Maintain a reduced clinical caseload, as assigned, which may include direct assessment, supervision, and treatment. Promote a therapeutic, assent-focused environment in which client input and clinical appropriateness are actively considered in treatment planning and implementation. Implement and monitor clinic-wide reinforcement systems to support staff engagement, consistency, and positive clinical culture. Clinical Administration and Quality Assurance Oversee clinical administrative systems and trackers, including technician level tracking, BT/RBT credential monitoring, client level systems, and city BCBA trackers. Execute and enforce clinical policies and procedures to ensure consistent, compliant service delivery. Establish, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes related to clinical performance, documentation integrity, and treatment effectiveness. Conduct regular reviews of client progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical documentation; direct adjustments as clinically indicated. Oversee the collection, review, and analysis of clinical data to inform treatment decisions and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation across clinical teams. Monitor incident reports within the clinic, emphasizing de-escalation strategies, proactive antecedent interventions, and appropriate use of Safety-Care procedures. Analyze incident trends at the clinic level and implement programmatic, environmental, or staffing adjustments to reduce incident frequency and severity. Ensure corrective and preventive actions following incidents are implemented and documented to reduce the likelihood of recurrence. Monitor clinic-level productivity and utilization, identify barriers to service delivery, and collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director to implement corrective strategies. Supervision, Training, and Professional Development Serve as the direct supervisor for BCBAs and applicable clinical staff within the clinic. Supervise, train, and mentor BCBAs and clinical staff to support skill development, professional growth, and adherence to evidence-based practices. Conduct performance evaluations for BCBAs, Assistant Clinical Directors, and ABA Supervisors, focusing on clinical competencies, treatment integrity, and client outcomes. Complete routine BCBA note audits and documentation reviews, providing timely feedback and corrective guidance as needed. Pinpoint staff performance variables that directly support meaningful, measurable client progress. Conduct and/or oversee staff and caregiver trainings to support clinical competency, safety, and treatment effectiveness. Promote a culture of ongoing professional development through continued education, literature review, and participation in relevant conferences and workshops. Regularly reference behavior analytic literature to inform clinical decision-making and program development. Collaboration and Leadership Engagement Collaborate closely with the Operations Director as part of the functional Director Dyad to support coordinated clinic functioning and aligned decision-making. Communicate with administrative teams to support clinical records management, authorization tracking, and payer-related clinical requirements. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary professionals (e.g., speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, educational staff) to support coordinated care when applicable. Attend leadership meetings and actively contribute to clinical planning, problem-solving, and cross-functional initiatives. Participate in service, quality, and growth initiatives through clinical leadership and implementation support. Address sensitive employee relations matters related to clinical performance and conduct professionally and ethically, independently or in collaboration with Human Resources. Escalate complex clinical, safety, or systemic concerns to the Regional Clinical Director in a timely and appropriate manner. Clinical Standards, Ethics, and Representation Uphold and actively model GBE Alliance’s clinical standards, ethical framework, and expectations for professional conduct within the clinic. Ensure clinical practices reflect assent-based, client-centered care that prioritizes dignity, safety, and clinical appropriateness and align with evidence-based behavior analytic principles and organizational policy. Foster a clinic culture grounded in collaboration, mutual respect, and shared accountability for client outcomes. Represent GBE Alliance professionally within the clinic and broader community, valuing interdisciplinary expertise and supporting strong partnerships that best meet the needs of clients and families. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a closely related field required. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) . Tennessee Behavior Analyst License / Kentucky Behavior Analyst License preferred Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing as a BCBA. Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision, leadership, and data-based decision-making. Strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, professionalism, and ability to work effectively within a leadership team. Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and improving outcomes for children and families. Successful completion of a background check and required screenings. Willingness to work onsite 2-3 full days per week on reoccurring schedule. Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, twist, reach overhead, pull, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. A minimum of 3 years of post-certification experience in ABA therapy is required, with supervisory experience preferred. | Job Summary: The Assistant Clinical Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations of their clinic/area. Reporting to the Clinical Director, this position is responsible for supervising and mentoring BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) and RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), ensuring clinical quality and compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the clinic. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Supervision: Supervise and provide guidance to BCBAs and RBTs in the delivery of ABA therapy. Provide supervision to trainees seeking fieldwork hours for board certification and act as Primary Supervisor. Review and monitor treatment plans, data collection, and progress reports to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Implement and oversee quality assurance procedures and protocols. Stay updated with current research and best practices in ABA therapy to drive clinical excellence. Clinical Improvement and Development: Identify areas for clinical improvement and collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and implement strategies to address these areas. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in clinical practices, including developing and updating training materials and procedures. Analyze clinical data and outcomes to inform decision-making and enhance service delivery. Maintain Reduced Personal Caseload: Maintain a reduced personal caseload to stay actively engaged in the direct provision of ABA therapy. Use the personal caseload as a tool to model best practices, apply new strategies, and provide practical guidance to clinical staff. Ensure that personal caseload management does not detract from supervisory responsibilities and is balanced to maintain effective oversight of the clinical team. Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication among clinical staff. Work closely with the Clinical Director and other leadership team members to align clinical practices with organizational goals and objectives. Serve as a liaison between families and the clinic, ensuring that client needs and concerns are addressed effectively and promptly. Administrative Duties: Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new clinical staff. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to clinical supervision and quality assurance activities. Support scheduling and caseload management to ensure balanced workloads and optimal service delivery. Act as RBT Requirements Coordinator, ensuring that all requirements for RBT certification and maintenance by the BACB are upheld. Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. BCBA certification required; additional certifications or training in ABA therapy preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of post-certification experience in ABA therapy; experience in a supervisory or leadership role highly preferred. Experience working in a clinical setting with a diverse clientele is a plus. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide clinical staff. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in data analysis and clinical documentation. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is desirable.
