The Recruiting Specialist will conduct full-life cycle recruitment efforts in support of US Government and private sector contracts. Responsibilities: * Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates * Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. * Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions * Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule * Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes * Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated * Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Ability to pass background check Physical Demands: The physical demands listed below, though not fully inclusive, are that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The employee is frequently required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
