Title: Senior National Account Manager Department: Consumer BU Sales Location: Minneapolis - Remote Job Summary The Senior National Account Manager (Sr. NAM) provides leadership to a top tier strategic customer (Target) representing a top 5 skincare brand in the US. This role is responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts related to the customer helping to ensure that Galderma achieves its targeted revenue, profit, and ROI goals. The Sr NAM represents all brands under the Galderma portfolio and works collaboratively with the brand marketers to drive efficient and profitable sales with this customer. The Sr. NAM is responsible for effective management of the customer P&L and all line items impacting profits at the customer level. Key Responsibilities • Utilizes Market, Category, Brand, and Shopper insights to deliver actionable solutions for the customer that focus on volume, share, and ROI goals • Leverages category management principles to influence distribution, share of shelving and display activities • Activates strategies and tactics using understanding of the customer's pricing, promotional strategies, and the competitive environment to drive trial and loyalty to Galderma products • Establishes and nurtures cross-functional relationships both internally and externally to capitalize on business opportunities • Partners with customer in developing a mutually agreed upon Joint Business Plan and ensures all objectives are achieved in accordance with JBP • Takes personal accountability and ownership for results • Forecasts sales and communicates internally for production planning • Responsible for understanding and communicating the customer level P&L • Manages deductions and/or invoices received from customers for accounting purposes Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Five (5) or more years of overall consumer packaged goods experience working with Drug or Mass retailers, or related sales experience. Prefer experience working with Target. • Three (3) or more years of mid-level sales managerial experience preferred • Must be a self-starter, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic • Adept at creative thinking and problem solving • Entrepreneurial mindset that drives speed of situational assessment and decision making • Experience in developing and implementing business plans that exceed expected goals • Capable of dissecting challenging business situations, developing business proposals, and presenting to senior management • Ability to analyze data and monitor retail patterns to identify opportunities and risks • Experienced in P&L management and understanding of key line items • Demonstrated ability to impact key decision makers • Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and skill sets • Demonstrated negotiation skills About the Compensation: The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $140,000-175,000. In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in a competitive commission plan. The Sr. Manager, Sales Capabilities serves as a partner to the business in driving sales performance through the development and execution of innovative training programs for the pharma/biotechnology, and dermatology field teams. This role takes a leadership position in shaping training strategy, managing complex initiatives such as product launches, and mentoring other training team members. The Senior Manager collaborates across Commercial, Medical, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business priorities, scientifically accurate, and fully compliant with industry regulations. Essential Functions Strategic Training Leadership Lead the design and implementation of sales training strategies that support business goals, competitive positioning, and brand objectives. Serve as training lead for major product launches, label expansions, and lifecycle management initiatives. Partner with senior sales leadership to assess business needs and create long-term learning roadmaps. Supervises and coordinates activities for training managers/ Field Trainers/Staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Program Development & Delivery Develop advanced training content for tenured sales professionals and leadership audiences. Manages relationships with all vendors and providers of outside training components making recommendations for new vendors as necessary. Introduce innovative learning methodologies (blended learning, microlearning, digital tools) to drive engagement and retention. Ensure content reflects current clinical data, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics. Field Performance & Capability Building Partner with regional sales directors to identify skill gaps and create targeted capability-building programs. Conduct field visits to observe trainees and assess overall effectiveness of training programs in ‘real-life situations, serve as a mentor and provide coaching and feedback. Provide guidance and oversight to other Training Managers on curriculum design, delivery standards, and facilitation best practices. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to translate strategy into impactful, compliant training deliverables. Lead cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and training execution. Coordinates activities with Sales Management, Marketing, Human Resources and other in-house personnel to develop program materials for POA's and other initiatives. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of training programs. Use insights from performance data, feedback, and field observations to refine training strategies. Analyzes and reports on progress of trainees under direct or indirect supervision. Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Education, Psychology or related field. 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or dermatology sales experience. Experience in Sales Training, Adult Learning or Development. 3+ years of training, learning & development, or field trainer experience, with increasing responsibility. Title: Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics Department: Aesthetics – Commercial Development Location: Dallas or remote Job Summary The Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics, Aesthetics Revenue Growth Management will be the customer / consumer related data analytics subject matter expert for the Aesthetics business unit. This role will leverage data, manage multiple sources, and technology to optimize marketing, sales & finance to uncover recommendations for the business. This position will challenge “the way things have always been done” to drive fact based, data driven decision to drive favorable revenue growth. The person in this role will be a critical member of the Galderma Aesthetics team – a forward-thinking, fast-moving, successful team that grasps the benefits of challenging the status quo. This position will collaborate with the Galderma Aesthetics marketing teams by leveraging data to develop tools and recommendations in support of critical business decisions. Key Responsibilities Business Support (50%) Provide insights to drive business strategy and support growth. Present analyses to all levels of management summarizing analytical approach, data metrics, and key action items Increase internal customer-first thinking, tell the story through voice of customer data analysis and reporting, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend key opportunities for improvement Partner with all levels of Sales, Marketing and Finance teams, as well as vendors to gather, analyze, prepare, and present data-based recommendations and solutions regarding all aspects of the business, including sales results, business plans, trended future requirements, profitability improvement strategies, etc. Lead analytics process with the broader team inclusive of Gross to Net (GTN) forecasting, marketing program ROI (Pre and Post) and digital spend optimization.
