Role and Responsibilities * Operate forklifts safely and efficiently following completion of company-sponsored training and certification * Load and unload product pallets from trailers with accuracy * Place inventory into multi-level racking systems in a secure and organized manner * Use warehouse management systems and handheld scanners for tracking product movement * Accurately fulfill product orders by selecting cases according to system instructions * Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, waste removal, and trailer maintenance to maintain facility standards Work Environment and Schedule * This is a 24/7 operation—candidates must be open to working night shifts, weekends, and holidays * The position is physically active and requires extended periods of standing and walking * Work may include exposure to heights and conditions such as noise, humidity, temperature fluctuations, and wet floors Required Skills and Experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds multiple times during a shift, with or without accommodations * Physically able to bend, kneel, climb, stretch, and perform repetitive tasks for extended durations * Comfortable with routine pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying * Willing to work in varied warehouse environments, including those with high noise or temperature changes Compensation and Benefits * Part-time position offering competitive hourly pay * No prior experience needed—comprehensive training provided * Strong potential for advancement within Frito-Lay or PepsiCo About Frito-Lay Frito-Lay is a globally recognized snack brand under PepsiCo, known for investing in its people.
