We’d also like to see: A systematic, detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting and critical system examination. The ability to act independently and take ownership of technical tasks with minimal guidance. Previous experience in a high-scale, fast-paced environment (AdTech or Fintech experience is a plus). Experience with AI-driven automation, such as integrating AI agents into DevOps workflows, automated incident summaries, or leveraging LLMs to enhance developer productivity.
