Leads the first-of-kind field deployments that prove out new architectural patterns, validates them against the realities of mining operations, and provides honest field-tested feedback to the Architects so the architecture stays grounded and executable. Productizes proven patterns into repeatable field practices, tooling, and runbooks that Engineer I's and II's can execute at scale. Serves as the team's senior technical mentor and field escalation point. Lead first-of-kind field deployments, taking architectures, devices, and platform capabilities from design to proven functionality while owning field readiness.  Build advanced streaming analytics, pipelines, and real-time dashboards, tuning for performance, reliability, and cost, and enabling replication across sites.  Drive efficiency improvements by developing tooling, automation, and runbooks that streamline deployment and troubleshooting. Mentor engineers and act as the senior field escalation point for complex issues, (5) validate architectural decisions and provide field-tested feedback to inform roadmap and standards.  Lead root cause analysis on the most complex, high-severity incidents, ensuring permanent fixes are embedded into standards.
